Gurgaon to have the Most Expensive Project in India

We had heard about spending Rs.100 crores for independent homes and villas, how about spending such amount for an apartment. This news has recently created a sensation in the real estate market of India. The reason for this eye-popping news is the Delhi-based Developers named Raheja who has launched their new project in Gurgaon namely Revanta where different bedroom types are available in penthouse type of apartment. The apartment has been tagged a price of Rs.100 crore which is considered to be ‘India’s most expensive project’ and also titled as ‘the tallest building in Northern regions of India’ since there are totally 60 floors as per the plan.

Similar to Raheja builder who has gained name for expensive buildings, Amarprakash in Chennai has earned name as a builder for affordable homes, said in the reviews about Amarprakash builders. The Revanta project gained popularity in the market not just because of its price tag but also the specialty of the project is that it comes with access to a roof top helipad and a separate swimming pool for each penthouse unit. In the press release meeting, Raheja builders revealed that the asset is not meant for common people, the builder’s have created an association to carry out proper due diligence before choosing their prospective customers.     

Till date, it is registered that no flat has been set up for sales with such a high cost. Proud owners of this pent house are given space to enjoy luxury at their private swimming pool by enjoying the natural sceneries of Aravali mountain. Luxury fixtures and interiors also give happiness and change their mood totally. As per the sources, in cities namely Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai etc, the most expensive housing units are in the price range of Rs.40 to 50 crore. Though apartments pricing Rs.100 crore give a huge profit for the builders, such kind of housing units show less number of sales rate. 

In central Delhi, a year ago on 2014, Tata Housing has announced a residential project having individual houses that cost Rs.130 to 170 crore. In other cities such as Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore and lots more, the residential units that are ranging more than Rs.1 lakh per square feet in the housing societies. In this Gurgaon project, about 90% of the units are sold out and the buyers are mostly big shots in business field and NRIs. Raheja builders have sold out almost 10,000 sq.ft top floor flat in this location. In the first 55 floors, we can see only apartments holding 1 bedroom, 2 BHK, 3 and 4 bedrooms while in the top 2 floors, spacious and luxurious pent house cost Rs.100 crore. In the 46th floor, the builder has planned and designed the project with a skybridge. This design has added uniqueness to the project.
